Base price
The base price of any apartment is based on the rate of accommodation:
- 2 guests in an apartment with one bedroom (or STUDIO type apartment);
- 4 guests in a two bedroom apartment;
- 6 guests in a three-bedroom apartment;
- 8 guests in a four-bedroom apartment.
Accommodation for each additional guest is estimated at $10.
Distinguish the price of weekdays and weekends. Friday and Saturday are weekends, which cost more.
Child Policy
Accommodation is free for 1 child under 12 years old in the parents' apartment, without an extra bed.
A playpen and a highchair are available on request.
Additional discount*
There is a permanent discount system with long-term accommodation:
over 30 nights – 15% discount

To reserve an apartment, you must make a deposit, the amount of which depends on the chosen tariff (see details “Tariffs”).
You will receive the invoice by mail. Payment would be made via LIQPAY.

- Registration of the settlement is made upon presentation by the Guest of a passport or other identity document.
- Settlement is allowed only after each guest completes a Guest Registration Card, makes a full prepayment for the entire estimated period of stay, and also makes a reservation of a security deposit in the amount of the daily cost of living in apartments.
- Security deposit may be increased on holidays, as well as at the discretion of the Administration. Final settlement and refund of the deposit amount are made upon departure of the Guest.

Check in and check out guests are accompanied by a concierge. On arrival Concierge:
- familiarizes the Guest with the rules of operation of instruments and equipment, equipping the apartments;
- warns of a possible recovery in the event of damage or damage to equipment, appliances and equipment of the apartment;
- hands over the keys to the apartment.
- All equipment of the apartments (appliances, equipment, inventory, furniture, textiles, dishes, etc.) is the property of the Service Apartments. Damage / lack of equipment when leaving the Guest is regarded as causing damage to hotel property. In this case, the cost of damage, in accordance with the "Price list for damage to apartment property", will be deducted from the security deposit reserved by the Guest upon check-in. In case of insufficiency of collateral funds, the Administration decides on the procedure for compensation for damage.
- Upon departure (at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time) Guest invites the Concierge to rent the apartment and return the keys.

- After the agreed stay, guests are required to vacate the apartment. If you wish to extend your stay, you must inform the Administration about this no later than 12 hours before checkout time. Extension of stay is possible only in the absence of a confirmed reservation in favor of third parties.
- If the Guest refuses to stay or shortens the stay, the Administration has the right to withhold all the advance payment made by the Guest for the entire originally intended stay. The deposit amount after the final settlement is returned to the Guest.
- All equipment of the apartments (appliances, equipment, inventory, furniture, textiles, dishes, etc.) is owned by the hotel. Damage / lack of equipment when leaving the Guest is regarded as causing damage to hotel property. In this case, the cost of damage, in accordance with the "Price list for damage to apartment property", will be deducted from the security deposit reserved by the Guest upon check-in. In case of insufficiency of collateral funds, the Administration decides on the procedure for compensation for damage.
- The use of barbecue and barbecues is allowed exclusively and only on specially equipped areas. Prior approval of the event with the Administration is mandatory.
- In case of a gross violation by the Guest of the order of residence, the Administration has the right to evict the Guest forcibly. Eviction is made after the first warning and regardless of the time of day. The advance payment made by the Guest for the remaining days of the stay is not refundable. The security deposit is held until the next day in order to thoroughly check all property.
- If the guest does not have an unspecified absence at the place of residence after one hour has elapsed since the check out time, the Administration has the right to create a commission and make an inventory of the property located in the apartment. Material values and property left by the Guest will be transferred to the Security Service.
- The administration reserves the right to visit the apartment without the consent of the residents in the case of smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in the event of any other real threat to people or property.
- The administration is not responsible for the work of city services (emergency shutdown of electricity and heat, water)
- The territory, all entrances to it, internal stairs, hall are controlled by video cameras. All information is recorded, recorded on digital media and stored. Video surveillance is carried out in order to ensure the safety of guests, their property and equipment of the apartments.
- For money and valuables left in the apartment, the Administration is not responsible. In case of personal belongings missing from the apartment, - the Guest is obliged to urgently inform the Administration about this in order to take the necessary measures to find the missing items.
- As a result of the current cleaning or acceptance by the Concierge of the apartment in case of any stains on towels, bathrobes or bedding (as a result of using them for other purposes or eating or drinking on the beds), as well as the absence of them or their components , - equals to damage of equipment and is compensated by the Guest according to the price list.
- follow the rules of residence;
- maintain cleanliness, silence and public order;
- follow the fire safety regulations;
- timely and fully pay for all the apartment services, mini-bar products;
- leaving the apartment to close water taps, turn off lighting, air conditioning and electrical appliances;
- register with the Guest Citizens Apartment Accommodation Service;
- invited visitors are required to leave the apartment before 23.00;
- be responsible for the action of visitors invited to their apartment;

prepare the apartment for acceptance by the Concierge, namely to collect:
- all components of bedding sets;
- towels and bathrobes;
- all remotes from appliances and air conditioners;
- keys to the apartment, in the number of copies transferred
- to indemnify in case of loss, damage or damage to apartment property in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. Damage assessment is made on the basis of the “Price List for Damage to Apartment Property”;
- in case of loss or damage to personal belongings, immediately inform the Administration of the apartment before the expiration of your stay. Claims are not accepted after the period of residence.
- use of flammable equipment, salutes and fireworks;
- use of towels for their intended purpose;
- smoking in the apartments (except for strictly designated places - open terraces). The penalty for smoking in the apartment is UAH 5,000, which will be used to clean the room and the air from the smell of smoke in the apartment;
- eat and drink on bed;
- to bring and store things in rooms that are dangerous to people's life and health;
- disturb the peace of guests staying in the neighboring apartment;
- keep pets and wild animals, birds, reptiles in the apartment;
- use electric heaters that are not included in the apartment;
- leave unauthorized persons in the apartment during their absence without warning the Administration of the apartments;
- transfer your keys to other citizens.
